Each session is 35-40 minutes. At the beginning of your session, I’ll take a few moments to ask some questions to better understand your intentions and what you’d like to gain from the experience.
For all Distant Healing sessions, I will provide a Google Meet link. The most important part of the session is ensuring that you are able to lie down comfortably in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
After our check-in we’ll mute the call until the session is complete. You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off, whichever is most comfortable for you. I can do the same, based on your preference.
